Event Description:
Since 1970, Home Builders Association of South Carolina Members and South Carolina Legislators have gathered for the Bird Supper, the longest standing event on the South Carolina legislative calendar.
 
Please join the HBA of SC in celebrating the 48th Annual Bird Supper. This will be an outstanding opportunity to network with other HBA members from across South Carolina as well as discuss legislative topics with many member of the South Carolina General Assembly. Watch this space for continued updates as we get closer to the event.

3:00 p.m. - Board of Directors' Meeting
 
4:15 p.m. - John Hunt - MarketNsight
 
Nationally, housing just had its worst 4 quarters since we bottomed in 2012. What were the reasons for the retreat in demand? Are we on the other side yet? Join us as John answers these questions and discusses how South Carolina's cities performed over the same period. He will also give his housing forecast for South Carolina, and the Nation.

Valet parking will be available from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm free of charge. 
 
Additional Parking Garages surrounding the Museum are located at the following:
PJ Cannon Garage, 1227 Taylor Street
Washington Street Garage, 1100 Washington Street
Sumter Street Garage, 1501 Sumter Street
Metered street parking will be available at your convenience and must be paid until 6:00pm
Fees/Admission:
$35.00 per ticket
Cocktail reception included and a delicious dinner consisting of fried quail, grits, green beans, biscuits, and more Southern favorites!
