Welcome to the 2024-2025 Charleston Home Builders Magazine, a consumer-focused resource for every aspect of residential living and home ownership.
We are very excited about the direction, focus and content for this upcoming magazine edition.

The proposed Editorial Features for this next edition are below.
This magazine will be distributed continuously throughout 2024-2025 through our members with direct-to-consumer retail locations, design centers, builders, and sales centers thereby having presence throughout the consumers buying cycle and your business’s seasonality.
The Magazine will also be on the newly updated CHBA website as a downloadable flip book and available to consumers and members all year long. Finally, content will also be repurposed over the course of the year to educate our members on these pertinent topics.
