We’re a growing luxury spec home builder known for delivering thoughtfully designed, high-end residences. We’re looking for a Architectural Draftsman to join our team to assist on our new builds.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends architecture, interior detailing, and project management. You’ll work across departments and with external consultants to bring each home from plan to polished finish — managing everything from redlines and site plans to millwork details and finish packages.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1-3 years in residential architecture
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or similar (.dwg compatible)
✔️ Strong understanding of residential architecture
✔️ Experience managing project timelines and documentation
✔️ Bonus: Experience with Smartsheet, NewStar, and luxury home building
