About Us
BTF is a nonprofit organization founded by the 20 Leading Home Builder Companies of the USA. Our purpose is to address the severe and persistent labor shortage across skilled trades by improving talent supply, training, and retention in residential construction.
We collaborate with career explorers and educational institutions to introduce them to the residential construction industry and find them jobs with our employer partners. We also refer youth to trade school partners once they express their desire to become a part of our industry. Our services are NO COST to you or the career explorers. We are nonprofit and funded primarily by the 20 Leading Builders.
